Product Performance

Keeps inorganic substances in solution, preventing precipitation of calcium sulfate and iron phosphate.

It is well known that complex mixtures of fertilizers are not fully stable when calcium is present. In presence of sulfates and phosphates, in fact, calcium forms insoluble salts such as calcium phosphate (plaster) .

 CIRO Mineral can be applied for:

- Dissolving solid fertilizers (A and B fertilizer bin)

- When using calcareous water such as spring or city water

- Liquid fertilizers

- To control precipitation of calcium, magnesium, carbonates and sulphates.

Existing agents on the market are usually based on a polymerized phosphate. Polyphosphates are able to bind and maintain solutions in metals and calcium compounds, however, they will break up quite quickly into free phosphate (orthophosphate). Once there is free phosphate, precipitate of calcium phosphate and iron phosphate will soon be formed.

CIRO Mineral is based on a phosphonate and is able to remain stable for much longer before it decomposes into orthophosphate and is better able than polyphosphates to keep salts in solution and also to restore precipitation (de- Scaling)

Source or tap water: 0,25 gallon or 1.000 cc per m 3  (100x Con.)

Source or tap water: 10cc per m 3 of feed water
